35L Silicon Rubber Kneader Machine with CE ISO9001 Certification
Application:
It is used to kneading and mixing of various rubber and plastics.
Structure features:
1. The mixing chamber is of drilled structure with quick and better beating/cooling effects.
The inner wall is coated with hard chrome for a long service life.
2. Bulid-up welding of hard alloy for the two,three,four ridge top and two sides of the
rotor, all the working surfaces are coated with hard chrome, good appearance and abrasive
resistance. The cooling/heating medium can pass through the hollow of the rotor.
3. The top of the rotor adopts constant hydraulic pressure seal structure, the seal effect
is good with a long service time and high pressure lubrication automatic alarm when using up
the oil.
4. The upper bolt relieves the pressure automatically to protect the machine if the machine works a too long time under overload condition.
5. The working surface of up and down bolts are coated with hard chrome, good appearance and abrasive resistance. The cooling/heating medium can pass through the inner hollow of down bolt..
6. A rotary oil cylinder is used for the discharge door, smooth running and accurate positioning.
7. Use two shafts put-out hard teeth reducer and gear coupling or “+” type universal joint, the transmission is smooth with high efficiency, low noise level and long service life.

Our Machine Advantages:
1.Maximum Dispersion & High Production
Double blades with special EPT angle, proper clearance & high cooling effect gives excellent dispersion which can not be obtained from an open mill. Its production is 4 to 5 times more than an ordinary mixing mill thus saving on labor and electricity.
2.Super sealing,no powder leakages.
Both sides of the rotor blades are injected welding a iron alloy ring, which assures sealing and protects the blades from abrasion.Imported bakelite sealing ring,which make super sealing.The chamber around are designed with groove,then embeded with rubber stip,this make sure the whole mixing chamber is well sealed.
3.No Foundation Requirement
The Kneader has a common bed plate for all parts and not require foundation.
4.Easy Cleaning & Colour Change
Mixing chamber can be tilted down for 140degree, which enables easy cleaning, because of this, different coloured compounds can be made without trouble.
5.Easy Operation
Easy operation with Push-buttons and hand lever valves from the operation board.
6.Short Mixing Time
Mixing time ranges from 6 to 12 minutes depending on compound’s specific gravity.
